Extending #inxi / #pinxi distro ID, this time for system base and derived for #devuan, and some more #slackware based ones, like #slackel. Also got #debian/devuan version ID for #peppermint working.

These require installing a vm and then getting the data to match for the ids, sadly there is not, and never will be, a reliable way to both detect derived distros always, and their system bases. /etc/os-release was just not designed correctly, so now we have the dreaded yet another standard...
