I don't know if I'm confusing the advert with another one, but I remember the one I saw going, "Sindyyy! Superstar Sindy! You're everything I wanna be!"

I hated Barbie haha! I was a very loyal #Sindy fangirl from a young age.

Strangely enough, this doll has a skin tone similar to mine, and yet I never thought of her as being like me. I wish I had ethnic dolls as a kid, it might have stopped me hating my skin colour growing up.

My Superstar Sindy! She was my first #Sindy, when I was still in nursery. My teacher took her microphone and I never got it back 😞 It upset me for a very long time. I don't think I ever got over it. I did buy replacements a few years ago, but I still feel sad for my original.

On a very wet & windy Wednesday I took myself to the cinema to see #Barbie I was more of a #Sindy girl as my mum didn’t approve of Barbie’s boobs!
Surreal? Definitely! Funny? There were more than a few laugh out loud moments. Ryan Gosling was great. Margo Robbie was exquisite. Best afternoon’s diversion I’ve had in a while!

I used to like the colour pink because no one else did #1980s but I didn't like #Barbie it was #Sindy all the way for me as they had a factory in #Canterbury #uk and my Great Aunts neighbour worked there. I do not get the film hype, and am surprised at some of the people who went & enjoyed it... #Film #Cinema I'm not likely to go & watch though, and wish people would stop talking about it... Aside from #Jimin guitar
