Puppet Wipes "Live inside" LP (Siltbreeze)
Dans cette petite galaxie freak, le trouble est permanent: voix tantôt célestes tantôt inquiétantes, sonorités synthétiques alarmantes, guitares imprévisibles ou paroles déconcertantes ("The Unabomber Used To Come And Dance At Events"). Do You Wanna Touch My Safety Pin?".

Out January 23 - Fog Lamp “Still Entangled” LP from Siltbreeze.

Here are a few kind words about the release:

"San Francisco's Fog Lamp have zoned in an intensive, beguiling churn of Dossier era Chrome slipping into The Sleepers panic-creep of 'Sleepless Nights'. Their hauntingly dense & layered murk is as authentically Bay Area as a bowl of Cioppino.”

Out November 28 - Nice Breeze “Everything Disappears” LP from Siltbreeze.

"The trio of John Howard, Martha Hamilton & Andy Fox churn out solid, hook-laden, bullseye-pop gems by the bushel. Must be something in that Potomac water supply, because Everything Disappears delivers in a way that evokes the lost wryness of Tru Fax And The Insaniacs matched with the going-for-it gusto of Iridescence era Half Japanese."

Out November 14 - Puppet Wipes “Live Inside” LP from Siltbreeze.

Entitled, Live Inside, it's every bit the corker we'd hoped for. The Lewis Carroll-meets-David Croneberg ambience is still in play, but relegated to the corners. Much like The Raincoats Odyshape, or The Shadow Ring's Put The Music In Its Coffin, Live Inside exudes a higher level of mettle to match their singularity. A shoe-in for Best Of 2025, no doubt about it.”

Pearl Jam - Dark Matter | Rock | Written in Music

https://youtube.com/watch?v=BlOGGWUQrs8&feature=share I’ve heard from a reputable source that Phish is covering The Dead C’s Harsh 70’s Reality in tribute to Philadelphia’s Siltbreeze records this evening, or not. Stephen Malkmus did once proclaim that it’s one of his favorite records ever. It is a dad rock classic of sorts. Dads that loved NZ tape labels of the 80’s and 90’s at least. #TheDeadC #Siltbreeze
