Victor Dimisich Band was formed in 1980 by the song-writing duo of Peter Stapleton and Stephen Cogle while both were members of Vacuum Blue Ladder.

With all the unrest involving #Wagner and #Prighozin, I wouldn't put it past #Putin to engage in a #nuclear version of #ScorchedEarthPolicy involving the #Zaporizhia nuclear plant. Keep in mind that the Russian/Soviet leadership made the decision to irradiate #Belarus (rather than #Moscow) after #Chernobyl using weather modification -- without warning the Belarus citizens!
