DC-link decoupling capacitors are not your friends for SiC and GaN converters. They can make the voltage overshoot smaller⊠or bigger, depends on the circuit parameters. They can make the ringing frequency higher or lower đ€·. They can also create weird low frequency ringings. Stuff is hard to predict, especially if you grab a random capacitor. Use a properly designed DC-link RC snubber instead.
