Johor Bahru Sentral Railway Station (JB Sentral)‘s ticket counter has stopped selling all KTM train tickets.
No reason has been given for the cessation of ticket sales at the ticket counter.
The Ticket Counter has been rebranded to Customer Care Desk, now open for non-sales services only.

KTM Berhad is announcing that the ticket sale for February 2024 journeys on some train service will open on 30 August 2023.
The international Shuttle Tebrau service will start ticket sale from 10:00am, while the domestic ETS and KTM Intercity services will start ticket sale from 12:00pm.
This is to support the expected demand for Federal Territory Day holiday on 1 February 2024 and Chinese New Year holiday on 10-11 February 2024.
