My latest acquisition: Arran Sherry Cask cask strength single malt whisky.
I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more whisky until I'd finished some of my other bottles but as I don't currently have any sherry cask whisky I couldn't resist.

Ardgowan, which will soon begin construction of its low-carbon distillery in Inverclyde, has partnered with Bodegas Miguel Martín, one of Spain’s oldest #SherryCask producers and has commissioned #MiguelMartín to construct sustainably sourced European oak casks, at a cost of 30 to 40 times more than standard #whisky casks.
