Botswana represented by seswaa! I had intended to serve this with polenta and spinach but the stove threw up an error and had to be unplugged (I have been frustrated with cook times being off and I feel validated!). Luckily, I had been roasting squash and had a salad. Not exactly traditional but it was delicious! I would make this again. Super easy and the leftovers are delicious.
