#Balanomorpha is a clade of #barnacles of the higher taxon#Cirripedia.As adults these #crustaceans are #sessile with a calcareous #shell to fully retract, secreted by the pouch-like, modified carapax. M.Zhang et al. (2023) isolated the #mitochondrialgenome of the invasive species Megabalanus coccopoma,thus establishing it as a #scientificmodel.

Je viens de recevoir mes Sessile réparées. Elles sont comme neuves, c'est très impressionnant. Je m'achèterai sans doute une seconde paire dans quelques mois pour disposer d'un peu de marge pendant les réparations mais y'a pas à dire, je suis trop fier.
