Treated myself to both cooked breakfast and a pastry at work as Iβm not on top form. I never said Iβd get fitter this yearβ¦ I think that was a 2021 resolution π

We find ourselves barrelling into the winter months, blink and you might miss them. Time to review your warmer clothes, check your home heating works, and always keep your snuggle buddy close by π
