Just made the board swap on my F-91W to #sensorwatch. I have gone with the full fletched version with custom LCD and accelerometer.
Swap was done in a few minutes although i needed to disassemble it twice cause the buzzer was not working on first attempt.

It's more expensive then the PineTime and has less "features" - but it has all i need and fits into the iconic case of the F-91W. Love it.

Also, I tried my best to love the idea of the #SensorWatch, because sneaking a Cortex M0 of some variety in that case was just a fantastic hack. But uh... what good are sensors if you have no communication between the watch and anything else?? No I do not need Swatch® Internet Time™ or whatever.

Skmei watches are well built. They are really cheap and I have no allergies with their bands (not like it happens with casio). Sadly they clone casio designs but mimic their mistakes and ads extra ones just to circumvent copyright issues. Wish I could just run #sensorwatch in them instead #skmei #digitalwatches

@JC2112 I am just using using @joeycastillo's #SensorWatch board https://www.sensorwatch.net with some firmware that includes the includes Beat Time watch face/complication https://www.sensorwatch.net/docs/watchfaces/clock/#beat-time

If using prebuilt firmware it is not too challenging to upgrade yourself.

Also if you want a universal time you can already do that by offering a time in UTC. Anyway it is still fun and you still find occasional references to it on the internet and in software. Here is one of my #Casio F-91Ws using @joeycastillo's super cool #SensorWatch module to show a time in .beats.
