If Alsobrooks wins this race, she will make history by becoming Maryland’s first-ever, and the U.S's fourth-ever, Black woman senator.

This election some Senate seats are up for election. This time it is NOT favorable for the Democrats as there are more (D) seats up than (R).
In my opinion it is imperative to have a majority all round [trifecta; House, Senate and the White House] for at least the next two years.
The constitutional 'balance' between the two ruling parties has been thoroughly sabotaged by Trump and MAGA. If 'they' have any chance to keep sabotaging government Harris-Walz will be incapable to do what needs to be done. Look at the bipartisan border bill successfully torpedoed by Trump [when he was not even in office].
