To anyone in #infosec wondering when you'll get word of passing the #SecurityX beta remaster of #CASP+, I took mine in July and got confirmation just now I passed.

CompTIA doesn't show it anywhere as SecurityX though, the email mentions signing in to collect your digital CASP+ badge and the certmetrics shows the cert under "CASP+" instead of "SecurityX", so there's still quite a bit of rebranding work they have to do

The new #CompTIA #SecurityX exam releases soon!

SecurityX is the expert-level version of Security+ and replaces the latest version of the CASP+ certification. Anyone with CASP+ can also claim to be SecurityX certified, as CompTIA will issue badges when the name change goes into effect.
