I see a lot of #bbcbias into how the Brexit party might win the most seats next week or be in the lead in the polls Whilst ignoring that the SNP did this in 2007, 2011, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and are likely to do so next week as well #section30

@lostsettler @Wen @muminitaly doesn't make any damn difference. If every single Scottish MP – ScotLab, ScotTory, ScotLiberalFuckingDemocrat voted for a #Section30, we still wouldn't get one.

There aren't enough of us.

The demo this afternoon was well attended, and it was cathartic to be able to shout ‘Fuck the Tories’ at the UK government offices in Edinburgh 😉

Ducked out after an hour and a half though – before my toes froze off! 🥶

@fawxyjp @MMR86 I don’t think the Supreme Court actually has the power to force the government to give scotland a section30 order 🤔

I’m pretty sure one of the big arguments the UK gov made to have the case thrown out was that the Supreme Court is there to rule on the legality of legislation, not to demand specific action from government

They can (and should) stop changes to the scotland act and the act of union without the consent of #ScotGovt .. but can’t force a #section30 😞
