Every #city23 needs a Court House, right? Someplace to uphold the law and invite corruption? Every city needs one of those.

#NewConstantinople's Court House is such a place! As a building, it looks like a mix of Greco-Roman and Babylonian styles, with 3 massive gates at its main entrance, often called the Gates of Dread.
