I think about this in the context of nation-states. Cap the size of any administrative body to an electorate of, I don’t know, 10 million people? And build a global culture of your neighbours forcing you to split off a new parliament at the point of a gun if you exceed that size. What would be the commercial equivalent? #ScaleRuinsEverything
