At the #GeniusBar, the tech said (paraphrased): “If you came yesterday, your #warranty would cover it. Today it’s $700. Better to buy a new one.”

Hard to square with all those stories of happy #Apple #customers who were #overjoyed when the company went the extra mile to keep them #SatisfiedCustomer

I'm meh at #Python. I've tried Coursera and stalled in the middle. The courses were OK content-wise but had a frustrating and uninformative code evaluation system; I spent ~80% of my time trying to parse or reverse-engineer system or instructor decisions.

Now I'm using #Datacamp. It is So Much Better. The code system is smooth and gives decent feedback, and the course is paced and explained very well.

I use LastPass. Been paying for it for over a decade now. No complaints. I know there's some hate going around for #LastPass. As far as I'm concerned, as a long-time customer, nothing's really changed. 🤷‍♀️ #SatisfiedCustomer

My client uses #1Password.

I've also tried KeePass and a few others. But the only one that stuck for me was LastPass.
