Back in the early 90s, there was a station from Santa Paula CA called "The Bus" KXBS. It played what were called "oldies" back then, but I remember it being a really cool mix of 70s stuff. I so wish I could find their playlists somewhere, and recreate them.
OTHER AREAS OF CONCERN
Caltrans and their contractors continue to work in mitigating a landslide hazard that initially start in February of 2024 on SR 150 near Bridge Street North of Santa Paula. While the landslide was cleared from the roadway in July of 2024, crews continue to work on securing the hillside and installing a permanent debris barrier to protect the roadway below and stabilize the hillside. During last week’s rain event, electronic monitoring equipment operated by Caltrans observed movement on the hillside within the existing slide area. While they do not believe this movement poses a hazard to the homes below...
