Eldest Child and I watched ‘Metal: A Headbanger’s Journey’ last night, directed by Sam Dunn.

We must have spent 30 minutes pausing and analysing the Heavy Metal Family Tree.

I was a bit shocked to realise it’s now a (nearly) 20 year old film. Lemmy and Dio are in it.

(We followed it up with the dedicated Thrash episode from the Metal Evolution TV series)
