Das Bild wirkt auf den ersten Blick vertraut – eine Frau, die ein Kind auf dem Schoß hält. Doch in diesem Fall ist es kein Symbol für Geborgenheit, sondern ein Bild der Trauer: Es zeigt die 36-jährige Inas Abu #Maamar in Chan Junis im #Gazastreifen, im Arm hält sie den Leichnam ihrer Nichte #Saly. Die Fünfjährige wurde am 17. Oktober mit vier Familienmitgliedern bei einem israelischen Luftangriff getötet.
