We are in 3rd stage of #war in #Ukraine. Every day there are #shelling and #ruination (for 38 days now https://mstdn.social/@ua22/107898464776910791) but this is calm before storm.
#moscow stopped blunt offence, now they are heightening stakes, scheming, gathering resources: internal and from countries they infiltrated with corruption (e.g. economically, politically dependent), who are in theirs debt, allies.
World failed to recognize threats and did not pressured a dozen of countries https://mstdn.social/@ua22/107898535626149897.

Our cities reliving WW2, some literally flattened. Even worse may come.
And I don't understand. Does the World really need this to happen to understand who they deal with?
Or maybe the World want to put this on pause? Those who are deliberately shelling residential areas, #hospital s, #nuclear plants, with #SPMRL and #clusterbombs, who did #Grozny, threatening #Baltic, constantly do physical and cyber sabotage of the World - will they magically disappear? #StandWithUkraine #moscow_equals_terror

I believe this should be done ASAP:

#moscow will try to fight with satellite regimes' hands (and spend them as own soldiers and stain everyone with the same blood). Like #Belarus, #Kyrgyzstan, #Kazakhstan, #Tajikistan.
Those must be one move of a pen away from total #blockade. Resolutions must be prepared and ready RIGHT NOW. No hybrid suspicions, one move - total blockade.

moscow satellite regimes and literally everyone who execute orders or silently agree, down to the last #SPMRL operator, to the last civilian - we should go for an extra mile, to make sure they understand: all around the world there are memorials condemning Nazis and terrible crimes.
World gathers yearly to blame Nazism and commemorate victims. They are the next Nazis. Tell them RIGHT NOW.

History clearly tells: every time #moscow do any negotiations, with any country, on any question - to have better position in negotiations, they worsen position of opposite side as much as they can, in most terrible ways.
That's how second stage started.

II stage (28 Feb 2022):

5th day: as first peace #negotiations was going on, #moscow demonstratively performed first shelling of civilian residential area in big #Ukrainian city #Kharkiv.

5th night and ongoing: massacre by self-propelled multiple rocket launchers (#SPMRL), rockets, bombs and aircrafts in residential areas and civilian infrastructure in many big and small cities (not counting heavy destructions in clashes, made by indifferent to civilians invaders).

With each day and night moscow send larger forces.
Because #Kyiv is primary and symbolic target for moscow, small cities on the way to Kyiv suffer huge ruinations.

Today is 7th day of sudden full-scale modern #war in Eastern #Europe. We clearly feel that attacks transformed as war passes through stages.

I stage (24 Feb 2022):

1st day, 4-6 am: #moscow unilaterally starts war in sleeping peaceful neighbor country. Rockets strike defensive/important military objects deep inside country (anti-air, airports).
All types of troops on the move to big #Ukrainian cities. First civilian causalities as moscow shell military and non-military objects, including with self-propelled multiple rocket launchers (#SPMRL).

3rd day: seeing heavy causalities from total resistance and absence of advance, occupational forces greatly enlarge offensive groups.

3-4th day: seeing still no advances, moscow increase pressure and start employing inhumane dirty tactics, making #warcrime's.
