Altri sei attivisti, cinque italiani e un americano residente in Italia, della Global Sumud Flotilla per Gaza, rilasciati in settimana dalle autorità israeliane, sono rientrati poco dopo le 14 all’aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino da Istanbul. “Con noi sono stati più mansueti e non hanno usato violenza. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato pane e acqua, ma non le coperte e siamo rimasti al freddo tutta la notte“, racconta Simona, di Bari.
Mentre altri parlano di una “violenza” che “non ci aspettavamo”.
Tutti i partecipanti alla missione umanitaria, sia italiani sia di altri Paesi, sono stati trasferiti a Istanbul giovedì con tre voli charter della Turkish partiti nel pomeriggio da Eilat. I primi ad essere rimpatriati, via Atene, sono stati giovedì mattina l’inviato del Fatto, Alessandro Mantovani, e il deputato del Movimento 5 Stelle, Dario Carotenuto.
Non tutti, però, hanno potuto far rientro a casa subito perché non in condizioni di proseguire il viaggio con il conseguente ricovero in varie strutture ospedaliere di Istanbul (circa una cinquantina di varie nazionalità, tra cui anche un italiano, il trentino Ruggero Zeni, 69 anni, residente a Malaga, ndr). Così come già accaduto in occasione dei primi arrivi, anche oggi gli attivisti sono stati accolti in aeroporto da parenti e amici.

Six other activists, five Italian and one American resident in Italy, from the Global Sumud Flotilla for Gaza, released this week by Israeli authorities, returned shortly after 2:00 PM to Rome Fiumicino Airport from Istanbul. “They were more passive with us and didn’t use violence. When we arrived, we found bread and water, but not blankets and we were cold all night,” says Simona, from Bari.
While others speak of a “violence” that “we didn’t expect.”
All participants in the humanitarian mission, Italian and from other countries, were transferred to Istanbul on Thursday with three charter flights departing in the afternoon from Eilat. The first to be repatriated, via Athens, were Thursday morning The Fact’s correspondent, Alessandro Mantovani, and the 5-Star Movement MP, Dario Carotenuto.
However, not all were able to return home immediately because not in conditions to continue the journey with the subsequent hospitalization in various hospitals in Istanbul (about fifty of various nationalities, including an Italian, Ruggero Zeni, 69, from Trentino, resident in Malaga). As had already happened with the first arrivals, today the activists were also greeted at the airport by relatives and friends.

L’ex produttore discografico, conduttore radiofonico e professore del talent show “Amici” ha sposato domenica 10 maggio la compagna Grace Raccah. “Grazie a lei ho sentito di nuovo le farfalle nello stomaco. Sono innamorato di Grace, è più giovane di me ma è matura. È nei momenti difficili dove bisogna essere grandi, la grande è lei e io sono molto fortunato”, aveva dichiarato a fine marzo a “Verissimo” parlando per la prima volta con Silvia Toffanin della compagna a cui è legato da tre anni.
Zerbi aveva sottolineato l’importante differenza d’età, di ben 22 anni: Grace, figlia di Daniele Raccah, fondatore del brand di moda Dan John, ha 35 anni mentre Rudy sulla carta d’identità indica 57 anni. Grace ha già una figlia nata da precedente relazione: “È una meravigliosa mamma di una bambina che ha l’età di mio figlio. Abbiamo in casa quindi anche una femminuccia che noi non abbiamo mai avuto. A cinquant’anni ho scoperto che l’amore vuol dire stare bene e non soffrire”, aveva raccontato il maestro del talent show di Maria De Filippi a “Verissimo”.
“Il curriculum sentimentale di Zerbi è scritto dagli sceneggiatori di Beautiful”, ha scherzato Dagospia ricordando le precedenti relazioni. Dall’unione con la prima moglie Simona sono nati i figli Tommaso e Luca, dalla storia con l’attrice Carlotta Miti (nipote di Gianni Morandi) è arrivato Edoardo mentre l’ultimo figlio Leo è nato dall’amore con Maria Soledad Temporini, sua compagna fino al 2021.
