Wohnen ist teuer. Wegen dem Prinzip von Angebot und Nachfrage müssen wir soviel Wohnraum auf den Markt werfen, dass er übersättigt ist. Also 20% schon deswegen leer bleiben, weil zu wenige Menschen da sind.

Dann Strafen auf leerstehenden Wohnraum und hohe Steuern auf Zweitwohnsitze.

Das würde doch mal was in Bewegung bringen.

One person, one vote.

The person is the oldest, crustiest, most cooked politician in the country: Winston Peters.

He decides who gets to be the Prime Minister: an uninspiring bloke most people don't like called Chris who leads a bland centrist party that works hard to stand for nothing at all. The party's colour is either blue or red.

Chris then has to ask Winston for permission for pretty much anything. Because Winston is always grumpy, Chris decides to not do much at all.

Three years later we do it again.
