Oh... I haven't #SBATOL updated for while.

Been going OK. Running was good last week, less so the week before. Did 90 minutes last night and felt I could have done plenty more (a good benchmark for LSR, I think)

Still too much chocolate in my life though.

My #running has been poor this week. No enthusiasm for it. And the #SBATOL really needs to improve too! Generally feeling bleurgh.

Still, managed half an hour or so including seven or eight 100m "blasts" up hill with recovery down.

It was hard work today. Normally on a Tuesday I'll run to the gym, leave my bag there and do some hills or sprints or something without a bag, pick up said bag, and 'cool down' with the rest of the commute. But today it felt too hard so I just plodded along the regular #runCommute route.

Might run home to make up for it. Or rest. Maybe that's better...

No #runCommute for me as we're down South for a few days. Still, started with 3 miles (no rucksack!) It's so much flatter in #Taunton!

Hornchurch

Just 6 and a bit miles today for the "long run", slow and steady. Very muddy and 700ft of upwards. Felt good. That pace where I felt like I could go forever but heading down south today so another not enough time situation!

Marble Arch

1 mile warm up, 5x400m hard, with recovery, 1 mile home. It felt good this evening. Would have done a few more but wanted to get home for pizza and The Marvels more.

Northwood.

Stretched the #runCommute a little today with 4 miles. Rare organisation yesterday meant I was without a bag which made this feel a little easier. Not much though. I'd really like "comfortable" and sub 8 minutes miles to be possible at the same time.

Stockwell.

3 and a bit miles, #RunCommute. It's my standard route to work, I tend to do this three or four times a week. It's never quick and I'm usually carrying a rucksack as I forgot to take stuff in bulk when I'm on my bike. But my mood is generally better on the days I run in than when I take the car.

Latimer Road.

3 miles or so. Down the hill, along the road, up and down a small part of a different a few times, back along a road to a chocolate shop.

#SBATOL Back to the gym. 45 minutes cardio. Followed by up and down the gym stairs several times to get the locker key fixed. Reckon that counts double.
