I just keep thinking about how my primary care doctor told me that we could meet again in the spring because "you know how you get in the #winter and I absolutely did not know until she said that and I started paying attention.
Maybe I should have known how I get in the winter because I did buy a #SadLamp and reported it was helpful π
I was lookin into getting a blue #SADlamp and they seem to be basically just.... not available in NZ.
