Kharkiv used to be one of most populous cities in Ukraine. Its closed proximity to border with Russia now makes it a victim of daily brutal attacks. Russians literally bomb it each and every day. On this video you can see a moment of russian precision-guided bomb hitting a target right in the city, most probably an energy infrastructure, as lights immediately goes down.
