Went on one a hike over at Armstrong Woods today. I am really lucky to have that so close to me. I like to take the East Ridge trail and do a big loop. Saw some turkeys, woodpeckers, and of course some banana slugs. Beautiful day and I was just so happy to be out in nature. With everything going on right now I need to make time to do the things that take my nervous system down a notch and make me feel connected.
