We had an AMAZING time following the Followers again!! Rupert is always our favourite and most beloved activity. But we did miss our usual crowd, though - especially a certain Miss piggy...
Rupert Bear is 105 years old this year, my Mother used to read the adventures from childhood into adulthood. I would buy her the annual every Christmas.
I guess that is like me, reading comics since 1966. Maybe one day I will have to grow up but it seems awfully tedious being too much of an adult.

The first Rupert Bear Annual was produced in 1936 and to date there have been 84 of them. There was even one every year during World War II when there was a Paper shortage.
