- my getting in shape journey

- friends I made in here
- if you live somewhere elevated, the last part of your run is always uphill

#Running in the unseasonably warm countryside, having an argument in my head with my father about how if he actually cared about or valued any of the many things he complains so angrily about he would get off his backside and do something, but he doesn't he just reads the #telegraph and votes for the one party most responsible for all of it.
