While I agree that the original ruling sits upon shaky reasoning, it cannot be denied that 'due process of law' was followed and maintained precedence for half a century. Thus I conclude that it should be required by states to write an amendment to change the constitution, until that time Roe vs Wade stands. #rowvwade #abortion #constitution

Returning to the comment is interesting. I don't like the implications this choice could have, but think logically it is the right position to have. There would be quite a bit of explanation for what might look like a special case which allows the government to give itself powers and then require people to take those powers away.
