Today we went to the community workshop,
And painted an IBC container.
Did the laundry for Mum,
And brought in the bins at work.
Tried to figure out a better satnav location in the car,
Cussing product designers all the way.
Made sure there was access to emergency stuff in the car,
And got the jump back charged up.
It has gotten really cold this evening,
Heating turned up twice already!

And need to unwind in bed.

Due to the car crash that happened last time, we are going to try and visit MiL again tomorrow.

This time I have pulled the warning triangle out from under the boot floor in advance of needing it. Last time, with the damage to our car, we couldn't get it out of the boot at the road side.

I have also got the booster jump start battery pack out to give it it's 6 month recharge, as we don't know how old the car battery is. We needed a new battery (£200) in our last car recently and that has been lost with the car to the salvage company.

We've een to the Community Workshop and done what we needed to do, despite the cold. I have also brought back my plate compactor as it is not needed again for a while.

Having had lunch, I have taken the laundry back to Mum, and popped over to work to return the bins.
The garden waste bins have been moved but not emptied. I will need to report it as they are full of wet leaves.

I have also been trying to figure out how and where to fit the satnav into the car. It seems like they are not designed to be used with any convenience.

I have put a fan heater in the car to warm it up a bit, and defrost the windows, before we go out.
Mum has laundry so I have put that in the washing machine to do while we are out.

It is bitterly cold out there!
