Absolutely adored Howard Sterns' interview w Bruce Springsteen, all 2 1/2 hours! Fell in love again all over again, bombs away -- who do I love more Bobbie or the Boss? Just lucky to have had them both in "my life" alas. Saw Bruce a dozen times back in the early/mid70's b4 BorntoRun. This interview just carried me back, even though its focus was much more 80's and beyond. I think I am complete now! The 70's were the absolute best. Thank you. End ecstatic rant.

#MusicHistory #OTD in 1978 a capacity crowd of 4000 at #LouisvilleGardens in #LouisvilleKentucky gathered for an epic 2 set show by one of #NewJersey's fave sons and his crack backing unit #TheEStreetBand. The #BruceSpringsteen #setlist included faves like #Badlands #Jungleland #SpiritInTheNight, #Rosalita and #BornToRun and the last live performance of "The Promise" until 1999. Hours after starting the show, the long night's encores included #BecauseTheNight and #GaryUSBond's early 60's hit "#QuarterToThree"
