I was watching a YouTube video today reminiscing about vegan products in the 2000s. The one that stood out to me was rice milk. It had an earthy flavor to it, by itself or in whatever you made with it. Very different from the sometimes-cloying sweetness modern plant-based milks are.

Mac and cheeze with it was, ummm, interesting. 😀
