A judge ordered that the voters who were removed from the voter rolls by the Alabama Secretary of State must be back on the list.

Exactly 84 days before the election, Secretary of State Wes Allen removed what he claimed to be over 3,200 “non-citizens” from the voter rolls.

This action led to multiple voter’s rights groups and the DOJ filing lawsuits against Allen and the Alabama Attorney General.

At one point Allen “admitted” that his purge program “included thousands of United States citizens (in addition to far fewer noncitizens, who are ineligible to vote).”
