Killed simply for studying #STEM
Up until 2020 this was Canada's worst massacre.

With so much violence in the world & angry global rhetoric against marginalized groups - I cannot help but remember with sadness the 14 that died at École Polytechnique because of hateful rhetoric & one man's resentment towards those that dared to dream bigger than the misogynist world view he prescribed to.
Today, I carry forward their dream of a fairer world where anyone can be everything they want to be regardless of who they are 🌹🕯️🎗️.
