I last minute signed up for the Refuge Coffee Run (https://www.refugecoffeeco.com/events/refuge-coffee-run/).

I finished my most recent 5k (https://orangegnome.com/posts/3609/2025-atc-decatur-dekalb-5k-race-report) in 23:14 at 73°F which is a VDOT of 42.9. Tomorrow’s race temp is supposed to be 67°F which would be a VDOT equivalent of 23:01 or 7:24/mi average pace.

I’m going to aim for 7:30 for the first mile, and then pick up the pace each subsequent mile.
