#MPF backup now worked too. Pulled the disk out. And my suspicion about the glue appear to be correct. The edges are quite sticky and when I put it onto the scanner the underside also looks a bit different now.

However the #MPF backup doesn't play in VLC, both of the MakeMKV backups work just fine though?!?!

Hurrah! The ISO output from Spindle now matches my reference file.

I was missing the last sector; classic off-by-one error 😅

Aside: I have a ContextMenu Action to add the MD5 hash of a file as its Finder comment.
