On my analysis, #Waitrose vend just 16 #ReadyMeals that are safe for me to eat, i.e. not containing known #allergens nor ingredients that would cause a flare of a #FoodIntolerance. Full spreadsheet included within the blog-post.

One simple way for even non-cooks to achieve close to this is three (different hard) cheeses roughly sliced and then melted on top of a Chef Select nasi goreng from #Lidl, with (say) Batts Worcestershire sauce added towards the end of heating. Takes about 8 to 9 minutes in a microwave, the cheeses added just over two-thirds of the way through so that they are not over-heated. One can add other toppings to the cheese, too.
