I am building the #android #sdk on my own and use my own #sdk build to develop #imagepipe .

Doing it that way, I learned a lot.

#imagepipe also has zero #dependencies, so that the resulting #apk is only 643 KiB in size. It fits on a 3.5" #floppy #disk, should you remember them.

#imagepipe is also downward compatible to support devices running #android 4.0.1, whilst targeting #android 16, so you can use #imagepipe even on very old, outdated devices.

Unfortunately, my #samsung Galaxy young broke, so that I cannot test #imagepipe on a native device with a display as small as 320x240 pixels anymore. The last versions worked well on it.

Back in the late 90s, when TI already ruled calculators in High Schools, I selected HP48 as my platform. It is a high-end engineering calculator with CAS capabilities, native units, stack based interface and programmable in RPL.

Recently I purchased a near mint HP48G and again have a physical calculator on my desk.

Blaupunkt Universal TV Remote Control does not work with my DigitalView STB as it is too modern for such a simple STB - waste of money - they are not universal

they only work with major brands using a 3 digit code which is listed on a very long directory in packaging or by trial and error or Google search

would you believe every TV has a different remote control so if person had two TVs in a room they don't interfere with each other - I just have one TV

TV still use RF or IR not Bluetooth for remote control as cheaper - no other reason for such clunky systems than price of parts

just buy a new TV or STB with its own individual remote control not some universal remote control that only works with brands it knows about via 3 digit code - one would have to be an electronics engineer to work this out

STB remote control has blue light and universal remote control has red light so incompatible - I checked by aiming it at my phone's camera
