Only reason I don't use them more is they've got strict PG-13 content restrictions and I'm more of an 'R is for RoboCop' kind of umpire.

All strongly n00b and lgbt friendly, the first two have strong selections of games other than D&D. The two webforums, RPOL and M-W, have sections where you can ask this question again.
