Sad to learn tonight of the death of Sir Alfred, the stateless man who famously lived in Charles de Gaulle Airport, #Paris for 18 years. Many years ago, we wrote his #autobiography together, joining up his jigsaw puzzle of a past into a book called The Terminal Man that told his extraordinary #story.
