Die #clt25 sind nun leider vorbei. Es war mal wieder super interessant! Ich habe viel über embedded programming mit #RIOT_OS und #ariel_os gelernt. Ich freu mich schon riesig auf die #clt26!

Für alle, die nicht vorhatten auf die Chemnitzer Linux Tage ( #clt25 ) zu gehen, ihr verpasst wirklich was. Ich bin heute und morgen hier, aber es hat sich jetzt schon gelohnt!

Another alternative I found is @RIOT_OS.

I face here the same questions as for the Zephyr RTOS:

- can IEEE 802.15.4 be freely used without any membership fees,

- how much of application level and API(s) needs to be custom-developed on each side (device and integrations).

If you're looking for an OS for embedded applications, take a look at RIOT-OS.

Programmed in C, runs on a ton of boards and has all of the latest (wireless) communication standards.
