You can’t shame yourself into the life you want.

You can’t bully your way into alignment.

And you definitely can’t critique your way into self-love.

But we do try, don’t we?

We think if we’re just strict enough… harsh enough… “disciplined” enough… we’ll finally be worthy.

Finally be happy.

Or finally feel safe.

Shaming yourself might get you to start something - a diet, a plan, a morning routine but it will never carry you through.

Because real change comes from devotion to your own alignment.
From self-trust, and not self-control.

Try this today:
Notice when that old inner critic voice pops up.
Pause.
And offer yourself silence… or softness instead.

As Maya Angelou said:
“You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.”

Not even to yourself.

And if you’re tired of trying to improve yourself into the ground, come rest with us in Worthy & Rising - my free community for soft rebels and brave healers.

We meet 3–4 times a lunation.

Next workshop is The Art of Receiving 🌙
July 24th, 11:30am CEST

It’s free, and for you, if you want.

Hey love ✨
Have you ever considered if you were born doubting your worth?
Or came into this world afraid to take up space?

I don't think so....
You didn’t second-guess yourself, your laughter or hid your magic for anyone.

That came later.

Maybe it was a teacher who made you feel silly.

Maybe it was a caregiver who only praised you when you were small and obedient.

Maybe it was a world that said “fit in” before you ever got to feel what standing tall really meant.

But here’s what I want you to know:
That inner critic voice is not your truth - it’s an echo of someone else’s fear.

You learned to doubt yourself - which means you can unlearn it too.

So today, just notice:

What’s one belief I’m carrying, that never actually came from me?

As Emerson said: “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

And if you’re craving support while you unlearn, rise, and reimagine - come join Worthy & Rising, my free community for rebels, softies, and shape-shifters on the path.

Hey, love ✨
Have you ever been called too much?
Too loud.
Too sensitive.
Too emotional.
Too ambitious.
Too dreamy.
Too… something?
I have.
I remember making myself smaller myself on instinct - softening my tone, holding back the sparkle, second-guessing my laughter.

Because the world taught me I was easier to love when I was less.

It took years to realise that the parts of me they called “too much” - they were actually my power.

My laugh, my sensitivity, my actual rage or sense of injustice.

Those are my compass needles. My portals to joy and alignment.

So if you’ve ever tried to silence your bigness to fit in - I see you.

And I want to offer this tiny practice today:

Next time you feel the urge to shrink, pause.
Breathe.
And ask:
What would my “too much” self do here?

Then do that.

Even just a little.

And if you want a space where your full self is not just allowed, but celebrated - come join us in the Worthy & Rising community.

We meet 3-4 times each lunation for chats, reflection + magic.

The next workshop is called The Art of Receiving - and darling, it’s going to be delicious. 🌙

✨ New on the blog:
Book Club Magic, Self-Talk Spells & The Power of Being Witnessed 💫

We read & we talked. And something shifted.

In our very first Worthy & Rising book club, we explored The Four Agreements - and what unfolded was so much deeper than I expected.

We talked about how children are fluid, how adults become rigid, how we internalise shame and perfectionism… and how powerful it is to hear someone else say, “me too.”

We reflected on how our words are spells, and how often we cast dark ones without even realising it. Especially toward ourselves.

💭 “You abuse yourself the most in your life. And the level of abuse you're giving yourself is the level of abuse you'll be willing to accept from others.”

That one hit deep.

But you know what...? Talking about it changed everything.
When we’re witnessed in our healing, we don’t just understand - we embody.

📚 I wrote a blog post (and recorded a podcast episode!) about our gathering, what we explored, and how these kinds of soul-expanding conversations can help us grow in the most grounded, magical ways.

And you definitely don’t have to dim your magic.
