The #Mapbender team is happy to announce the release of the #QGIS Plugin #QGIS2Mapbender version 1.0.0 at 2025-06-18! 🗺️
The plugin can be used to transfer QGIS projects to a server & publish them as a WMS service via QGIS Server. The new WMS can then be transferred directly to a Mapbender application via the plugin.

Der Vortrag zeigt anhand des QGIS PlugIns QGIS2Mapbender wie schnell und einfach QGIS-Desktop-Projekte im Mapbender als Browser-Anwendung veröffentlicht werden können. Das QGIS PlugIn QGIS2Mapbender minimiert den Aufwand ein QGIS-Projekt als WebGIS Anwendung zu veröffentlichen auf wenige Mausklicks. Es erstell aus dem Desktop GIS heraus eine neue WebGIS Anwendung im Mapbender. Im Rahmen der PlugIn-Entwicklung ist auch eine REST-API für Mapbender entstanden, die vorgestellt wird.
