The Push-Up Challenge

It’s the last official day of the push up challenge, and the target is 150 push ups, for the recommended 150 minutes of physical activity per week.

I’ve got some extra push ups to do to back fill the days I lost to the flu.

The penultimate day is also the biggest day of the challenge. I’ll be doing 230 push ups today, for the two out of three Australians who feel financially insecure. Wish me luck.
