Russian forces have escalated indiscriminate drone attacks against civilians in the southern Ukrainian city of #Kherson, killing and maiming scores of people in what locals have described as a “human safari.”
“They see and understand who they are attacking, and at the same time they boast on social media with videos of how they kill and injure civilians.” Oleksandr #Prokudin, the regional governor, said.

The head of the #SBU, #Vasily_Malyuk, spoke about this during a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.
“A local resident of #Kherson was detained on April 10. He, together with enemy special services, organized an attempt on #Prokudin’s life. A new model of an enemy #fpv drone was launched from a depth of 12 km.

❗️Five people were injured as a result of the #Russian shelling of #Kherson: three individuals received help on the spot, two men were hospitalized in a medical facility, their condition is assessed by doctors as moderate, reported the head of the Regional Military Administration #Prokudin.
