Frische Ideen in Drehbuch und Inszenierung sind während des Produktionsprozesses wohl vor einen Bus gelaufen. Stattdessen präsentieren Joost und Schulman fast zwei Stunden einen visuellen Brei, der einer Mixtur aus Vlog und Michael Bays „Bad Boys“ gleicht. Und beim Gott des absurd überzogenen Color-Gradings: Ist das wirklich ein Erbe, das man als junger und aufstrebender Regisseur mit rund 85 Millionen US-Dollar Netflix-Money in der Tasche unbedingt antreten möchte?
