Have you ever stormed out of a meeting or place because you were so pissed off you saw red?

Then you get out and get in the car and calm down.

And THEN think of 3 things you should have said on the way out to make the storming out PERFECT?

Well, you can probably guess I have.

Is it common for people such as myself and siblings to not be allowed to speak while in Probate court?

Our lawyer has told us we cannot and today is the last, we think, chance for us to point out the executor didn't do things per the rules.

He made sure he took our dad's ashes---he has NO right to them under CT rules and he held an auction without providing a "full and fair accounting" as the trust required.

(It is a step-brother who was made executor as our father died before his second wife, step bro's mother---long sad, terrible story.)

Kinda dumb for me to ask now, court in in 2 hours, but I figured I'd try.
