- KIRGISISTAN: 30 Festnahmen vor mutmaßlichem Putschversuch gegen Präsident #Zhaparov (ev #AFP); Anführerin Nurmatova soll im letzten Jahr rund 100 Zivilisten+ versammelt haben, um anti-Regierungsproteste durchzuführen und soll dafür angeblich Gelder aus Ausland erhalten haben; Nurmatova war 2012 Verbündete Zhaparovs und des heutigen Geheimdienstchefs Tashiyevs, als diese zwar als Juniorparteivorsitzende Teil der Regierung waren, aber bei Protesten für Verstaatlichung der Goldmine Kumtor festgenommen wurden; derzeit vermehrt Widerstand gegen Zhaparov wegen des Grenzabkommens mit Tadschikistan, das Teile der Gebietsansprüche im #Fergana-Tal fallen lässt (en), wobei Nachrichtenagentur AFP eher Verbindung zwischen "Putschversuch" und EU-Zentralasien-Gipfel letzte Woche in Kirgisistan sieht (tD #CPutz)
