After more than a month off (gastro, recovering from that, covid, covid rebound, recovering from that), I finally used #PowerPlate again today. Draining but rewarding.
So on top of Covid, I woke at about 2am this morning with an achingly painful back and that's been with me all day โ€“ even after doing massage on #PowerPlate and even a brief walk. Husband took sympathy on me and bought me some Four Pillars gin ... which is definitely making me feel a little less meh tonight.
Did my first #PowerPlate session in over a month, today. It was on hold in all the move prep and was a bit of a struggle at first, but was so damn good doing it in the house, rather than in the old place where it was in the garage and up to three flights of stairs down.

Currently doing research to find a decent dolly with good wheels and a carrying capacity of 150 KG, and deciding how we can attach a decent platform to it for the move of our #PowerPlate. Going to be a bit of a pain to get it into the new house.

Turns out the best dolly options seem to be for moving pianos ... just need to find a decent platform to sit on top of one now.

Also, got myself back up to a 3 minute #PowerPlate plank on 50hz vibration. May have said a particular swear-word favoured by Australians a number of times in the last 20-25 seconds.

I basically listened to this on repeat for my full 45 minute #PowerPlate session today and it really is such an energy driver.

Managed to push myself back to doing a 3 minute #PowerPlate plank today at 40Hz/low vibration. Was intense but good to get through that again.
If there's one particular downside to the really early morning starts is that I end up with a lot of meetings stacked together, and I always find I get the most value out of #PowerPlate early in the day. It's a bigger struggle afternoon or late afternoon. #Exercise #Core

1pm to 2pm meeting is a bit of a killer on top of getting up at 1am for 8 hours of workshop after way too little sleep.

But I did manage to squeeze in #PowerPlate before that, so feeling slightly less dead.
